Located in FortisBC's gas/electricity service areas (including municipal customers of Grand Forks, Penticton, Summerland, and Nelson Hydro).

Eligible home types: Detached, attached (e.g., townhouse), or laneway home.

Mechanical systems must be commissioned.

Dual-Fuel System: Must be an integrated heat pump system (combined controls & distribution). Applications are due six months after the building completion date or by Dec 31, 2027, whichever is first.

All-Electric System: Electric furnace, baseboards, or heat pump with electric water heating (electricity service area only). Same application deadline as above.
